  1. Hi Joe. I thought that Judgement was for a NON-Tenant only? Or, can it also be used for the TENANT who requires overnight care??

    We have a member on the Stop group. Who lives in a 2 bed Bungalow. She lives alone.
    She is Disabled and in receipt of DLA. And, has also, provided evidence from specialists confirming she needs over night care. (As needed).
    Her 3 children split this between themselves.

    Her Council have denied her appeal. And, she has said she wants to go to tribunal.

    So, we are looking for help for her. At her tribunal.
    So, can she use the Liverpool O/N one????
